Недавно на рабочем созвоне обсуждали одну задачу по шахматам Ворлд Чесса. Речь шла о продвинутом анализе партии с оценкой позиции, объяснением ошибки и связанных рисков, разыгрыванием альтернативных вариантов на доске и так далее. Это функция доступна при платной подписке, но пару раз можно попробовать бесплатно.

Там получалась интересная дилемма: в одном из обсуждавшихся вариантов интерфейс выглядел проще, но работал непонятно, а вдругом выглядел сложнее, но зато про каждый элемент можно было сказать, зачем он именно и как работает. Не могу показать, пардон.

В таких случаях есть соблазн взять вариант, который проще выглядит. Иллюзия простоты привлекает, и пользователям легче решиться попробовать. Но стоит помнить и про риски: если человек, купившись на картинку, пойдёт попробовать, а в итоге не разберётся за время триала, то мы просто разочаруем пользователя и ничего не заработаем.

Трусовое проклятье

Раньше дебильно выглядели только трусы всяких модных брендов. Не знаю, кем надо быть, чтобы носить трусы с огромной надписью «Кельвин Кляйн» на резинке, честно говоря. Но при этом всякие обычные бренды таким не занимались.

Но что-то эта эра подходит к концу. Пару месяцев назад в Гонконге я столкнулся с тем, что «Маркс и Спенсер» больше не продают обычные трусы, только с дебильной надписью на резинке. А теперь вот оказалось, что и «Резервед» разучился. Хорошо хоть «Уникло» пока держится.

Насчёт «Белорусского трикотажа» не знаю, как там дела обстоят, не смотрел.
