В третьей ступени «Проекта перезагрузка», лидерской, есть задание своей командой реализовать какой нибудь крупный общественный проект, с бюджетом от 500 тысяч рублей. Важное условие тренинга — нельзя использовать свои средства, ни копейки. Только вовлекать деньги от сторонних спонсоров и организовывать.
Сам проект может быть любым, прошлая команда реализовала прикольный арт объект на берегу Миасса — огромные такие скамейки складывающиеся в буквы «Я дома» и облагородила пустырь.
